Refund policy

Effective September 10, 2026.

This Policy describes the procedure for canceling subscriptions and reviewing refund requests for WisemindApp. It elaborates on Sections 12 and 13 of the Terms of Use and does not establish any terms that differ from them. In the event of a discrepancy, the Terms of Use and the payment platform's rules displayed at the time of purchase apply.

1. Who accepts payment

The Service is provided by Digital Vanguard LLC (Republic of Armenia, registration number 56381280). Payments are accepted by payment platforms, rather than directly by the Company.

International payments are handled by Polar Software, Inc., acting as the merchant of record and an authorized reseller. The buyer purchases a subscription from Polar, and the Company provides a license and access to WisemindApp. Polar's terms displayed at the time of purchase also apply to checkout, payment, taxes, receipts, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds.
Payments from Russia are handled by Boosty or another service specified on the payment screen. The party to the payment transaction and the procedures for charging, issuing receipts, cancellation and refunds are determined by the relevant platform's terms before payment.

The Company does not receive full bank card details.

2. What is shown before payment

The price, currency, subscription period, free trial duration, date of the first charge, taxes and included features are displayed immediately before checkout. The information on the payment screen takes precedence for the specific purchase.

3. Canceling a subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on the payment platform or by another method specified there.

Cancellation applies to future periods: it stops automatic renewal and generally does not end a period already paid for. Access remains available until the end of that period.

4. Free trial

A 14-day free trial is available only for the Groups plan and requires a card to activate. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription before the free trial ends.

The Starter plan is not a free trial: it is free with no time limit and does not require a card.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed by the payment platform acting as the seller or a party to the payment transaction, in accordance with its rules and applicable mandatory law.

For purchases through Polar, fees for a period that has already elapsed are generally non-refundable. Exceptions:

cases provided for by law;
cases provided for by Polar's terms;
failure to provide access;
erroneous, fraudulent or duplicate charges.

6. How to submit a request

Submit your request to the support team of the platform through which payment was made: Polar or Boosty.

The Company will provide reasonable assistance at [email protected] but cannot promise an outcome determined by the payment platform, bank or payment network.

7. Your rights

This Policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law or remove your right to dispute an unauthorized transaction through your bank.
